?When the enemy thinks you are defeated,he tends to sit back and relax. That?s when you have to confront him with a new strategy.?

After the collapse of our finance system situation for businesses in the region is obvious.

Every company on its own, and together as a whole, we have to:

1)      Each has to get a clear picture of the situation on hand.

2)      Think and regroup

3)      Act swiftly.

The situation at hand is obvious, now we have to regroup and act swiftly.

That?s why we want to inform you about one of our swift strategy actions, available for businesses who already deal with European markets, businesses who want or need support due to current situation, ore businesses who are interested in starting international markets.

Next spring a marketing and sales facility center in Holland, Eindhoven will be launched. We are convinced that this facility abroad will give participating regional companies, big or small, renewed opportunities and direct access for penetrating European markets.

The Project is Called ?IceNed? and is due to start activities in early June 2009.

IceNed will be a joint effort for regional business as one of the swift action strategies due to the current situation.

IceNed:           -      is open to all companies, big or small.

-          Is easy access and will be a low overhead facility.

-          Joining the project is possible on an annual fee ore in level of activity and sales quantity.

-          Joining  IceNed does in no way, limit own activities.

-          Uses 3 level marketing and sales strategy:

o   1) existing international, European (wholesale) distributors.

o   2) existing national distributors

o   3) local markets like, local shops, mobile market and sales, events.

-          Every participating company has its own marketing and sales strategy.

-          Is an active partner for participants to find new markets.

-          Is opening a local shop (Icelandic quality products) at the start of its activities.

The next months will be used to shape the project. It is of main importance to be able to provide possible participating companies with correct and up to date information.

Participate can be under terms of the vaxtarfundings.

Accordingly a business trip to Eindhoven in early 2009 will be planned.
